Christian Business ~ Home Based Success Principles ~ Part 3
The deeper our relationship with the Lord the more fully we begin to understand Him. Throughout the bible the Lord shows us that one way to increase our fellowship is through a work partnership with Him. Back in the garden Adam and the Lord first entered into fellowship through a work relationship.
The deepening of your relationship with the Lord will happen as you go about the work of the Father. Similarly as you build your Christian Home Based Business you will deepen your relationships with the people on your team. As you grow in fellowship with those on your team you will be able to be a blessing in the lives of others as well as they will become a blessing to you.
Investing in people is a biblical principle that must be followed to create true success in your Christian Home Business. You will be called to lead and the way you lead will govern your business future. Leading with the Heart of a servant just as Christ came and gave us that example during His earthly ministry. Matthew 20:28 reads, “just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and give His life as a ransom for many.”
Now you will not have to give your life per say but, you must give of your life. In your Christian Home Based Business you must give of yourself to help teach, train and develop those that are part of your team. As you go about the work of your Christian Home Business you will begin to grow deeper in relationship with those whom you are working with. Through those relationships you will be a blessing and be blessed.
Remember what we learned in part two of this series. We are stewards of all that the Lord has blessed us with including our Christian Home Based Business. The parable of the master and the servants taught us that to whom can manage little much will be added. When your business is new and your relationships young, treat them as though they are large and many.
